Speed Limit: Do not exceed 5 mph. Once you turn onto Marshy Ridge Road and thru the campground. If you or your guest are caught speeding you will be red flagged in the computer and will not be able to return to our campground.
Check-in time is 2pm: No check-in before 2pm. Assignment of site will be made by management at registration office. Do not change sites without permission from manager. If arrival is later than 5pm please notify office.
Check-out time is 12pm: Please notify office if you wish to stay another night. Additional charge will occur for late departures. No refunds for early departure, adverse weather
Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am. No Profanity allowed!
Campfires: No ground fires permitted, footed fire pits allowed, 3-6 inches off ground, No Burn rings allowed on ground. No firearms or fireworks allowed on premises.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in bathhouse or office area. They must be kept on leash and supervised at all times. Should not disturb other campers. Owner will be held responsible for their animal including clean up duties. No Aggressive Dog breeds unless approved by management.
Trash: We do not have site pick up. Please place your garbage in the dumpster.
Do Not Move picnic tables to other sites.
Water: Washing of cars, campers, or equipment is not permitted on site.
Clothesline: Permitted for beach towels & swim wear only! Must be kept under the awning or attached to the camper.
Alcoholic Beverages: Please drink responsible. Illegal drugs & Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
Vehicles: Parking is limited so only TWO vehicles plus camping unit allowed per site(No Tents). NO additional vehicles will be permitted, as we have no overflow parking to accommodate the vehicles.
Children: Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of children. Playing in the bath house & with outside water taps is prohibited. Parents will be responsible for any damage to campground buildings or equipment by children. Do Not leave Children unattended at any time!
Golf Carts: Must be 15 or over to drive around the campground.
NO 4 Wheelers, mini-bikes, or motorcycles with straight pipes. No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or other vehicles allowed on walkways.
Showers: No dishwashing or laundry washing allowed in showers or lavatories. Please leave area clean & notify management if area is disorderly.
No Swimming in Ponds!
NO TENTS!!
NO Swimming Pools!
Renting or Subletting of your unit is not permitted!
All buildings are a smoke free environment!
Please respect others. No walking or driving thru sites.
Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is cancelled(for any reason) more than a week prior to your stay there will be a $20 cancellation fee but the rest of your deposit will be returned. If your reservation is cancelled less than a week prior to your stay your deposit will not be refunded.
Not Showing up for your reservation will forfeit your deposit.
Please abide by park rules. It is your obligation to read & observe all rules. Any violation may result in termination of your stay!
